These best Malachite presently is coming from the Congo. The bandings which are a natural part of the growth of the stone are finer, more detailed and organic & one can 'see' many different shapes in the patterns.
This Oblong shaped Cabochon has a strong bezel setting in 925 Sterling Silver with an open back to allow the energies to flow more freely.
The hinged and shaped bail is a nice feature as well.
