Cat's Eye Chrysoberyl is a very rare and precious gem so I was surprised to find this semi precious variety at such a reasonable price !
The name comes from it's composition as an Aluminate of Beryl. It's not a relative of other Beryls like Emerald or Aquamarine.
It does have an intriguing energy. Metaphysically it's a calming protective stone, something of a talisman. Great for stressful times with it's tendency towards positive thoughts. Deep thought and Creativity.
