Purple Grape Chalcedony comes from from Indonesia where it forms this beautiful natural groupings. Being highly Botryoidal these clusters do look somewhat like clusters of grapes.
More precisely, this is an Amethystine Microcrystalline Quartz Chalcedony
Metaphysically that makes it a powerful and magical formation to inspire the imagination. It shares some of the properties of Amethyst being purple and essentially a Quartz ~ but as a Chalcedony the energy is softer, very accepting of your inner self, and as a microcrystalline Quartz it has a higher consciousness.
