Thulite Pendant, 925 Sterling Silver
Lovely deep pinkish red stone with good consistency of colour cut into a Marquis shaped shaped cabochon. Beautiful ornate oxidised silver work on the deep bezel and bail gives a luxurious antique feel to the piece. The setting also has an open back so that your own energies can flow freely with those of the stone.
Thulite is a translucent pink variety of Zoisite (Tanzanite and Zoisite belong to the same family )
In Ancient Greece, Thule was the name given to the unknown and mysterious Northern Lands but lately it refers just to Norway, hence the name of this stone although it is sometimes called Rosaline because of it's rose red colour.
Metaphysically it has a very healing and nurturing energy, helps one overcome bad habits and generally enjoy life.
It's helpful in relationships ~ both grounding and passionate ~ especially in early stages of love. It’s also good for emotional trauma. It's also said to be very good for Public speaking ~ well you do have to be grounded and love your audience !
