Amethyst does not get much better than this with it's flawless colour. For me this is the Perfect Purple ~Not too deep but with a lovely violet tint. The faceting is also pretty special, as the reverse of the gemstone has been cut by hand in order to enhance an optical effect from the front which I found quite mesmerising. For a timeless moment I was lost in it's depths, just moving the stone around, entranced by the light play within.
Sadly the price increases thanks to the amount of skilled work involved, but it really is a special piece. Amethyst was not on my shopping list but these I could not pass by and I hope you love them as much as I do.
Lovely setting in bright 925 Sterling Silver which holds the stone securely whilst allowing maximum light to sparkle through. The framework is deep to match the stone so that it will sit flat on the finger when worn.
