The Chinese people have been using shaped rocks for massage for thousands of years, a practice that was refined during the Ming Dynasty, approx 700 years ago. The even more refined and polished shapes we see now were only introduced in the 1990s and refined over the next 20 years.

It amazes me that having been using crystals for energy healing and enjoying deep tissue massage since the 80s, I never thought about combining the two and so I overlooked these new shapes coming out - until I used some !
