Personally I've always used them for a soft relaxing face massage, but as I age and want to revitalize/rejuvenate the my skin I've developed a new routine.
After my shower I apply some moisturiser and then I do a very vigorous massage, mainly on my arms to break up the collagen and wake the skin up. It is the largest organ of our body after all ! I'm very pleased with the results rather than just using my fingers.

Rose Quartz - for Loving Energy
Terahertz - This is an engineered stone from Japan and although it looks like Hematite it is actually almost pure Silicon & resonates at higher frequencies. This is the type I use for the technique above because I really want to raise the frequency of that tired skin.
