Hi Everyone and hope you're all well ~ if not, making the best of it ! You know, I had a little laugh to myself as they were wheeling me out of Bangkok Hospital after the cortisone shot in my knee because hey, that's something you associate with professional sports people who push themselves to the extremes ! You'd think running a nice New Age Crystal and Jewellery Store would be the opposite, but it's not. At least, not at the Heart !!! The shop is physically big, and sometimes we just get slammed for a 3 or 4 hour stretch so you're running around and twisting, bending and stretching and thinking tactically the best way to serve the most customers at once. I've often said after such a session that I feel I just played a 5 set Tennis Final !!!

Add to that hours and hours of walking the hard streets of Bangkok or the Gem show, often with kilos in your backpack. So it's no surprise, really, that at the age of 65 my knees have developed problems. Still, it's an ill wind that blows no good. When problems first began, I went Gluten Free and that was beneficial in so many ways ~ surprisingly the permanent state of stress I'd not even recognised before reduced almost immediately. Now I've reduced Lectins which can also weaken the immune system and I feel a similar positive response.

I'm less scattered and find myself focusing more clearly on what I really need to be doing. Like New Jewellery Uploads !
