My chosen sport at school and for many tears sorry years after was cross country running. Up to 10 miles ( 16 km ) and the most vivid memories were of the last 100 ms ~ pushing a tired body to it's limits with sheer will power.

I was reminded of that tonight after I'd finished the Morganite and decided to push on and finish the Gaspeite which I did just as the shop closed at 10 pm
