Arizona produces some beautiful Turquoise - there are many different mines each of which produce a distinctive pattern. One of my favourites has always been the Sleeping Beauty Mine which produces a beautiful blue with no veining. Some time ago I came across some Jasper from Noreena in W.A. The geometric patterns just fascinated me so I bought a few slabs. A few year later I got around to finding someone to cut and polish some cabochons from it. That took a while. Then another few years passed before I got it set.
