The most basic wand is simply a natural Quartz Crystal. Energy flows through it's helical structure and out through the point. It's use in healing is basically to transmit healing energy, dissolves blocks and so forth. All wands are variations of this theme. Many have a rounded end which can be used physically, others have crystals attached to wood or copper tubing etc which really can enhance the power of the crystal. A wand can be used to amplify and focus your conscious intent.
